Diane Rhodes passed peacefully on July 12, 2015 at the young age of 63. She was born on January 29, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Steve and Theresa Rhodes. She was the oldest of six sisters and five brothers. She loved her family very much and made sure there were a lot of family gatherings. She attended Cincinnati Public schools and held a number of jobs throughout her lifetime. Diane was also a loving and devoted foster mother for several years. She also loved to travel and visit different places, and turned her life over to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in her later years, becoming an active and dedicated member of New Beginning Community Church in Newport, Kentucky. Diane is survived by her children, Robert (Renita) Rhodes, Terrance (Robin) Rhodes Sr., and Raiford Williams Jr.; siblings, Ricky (Mary) Rhodes, Peggy Collins, James Rhodes, Devona Rhodes, Paulette Rhodes, Steve Rhodes Jr., Deborah Rhodes, Ronald Rhodes, Yolanda (Brent) Anderson. She also leaves to mourn a host of grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her daughter Nicole Rhodes, sister Theresa (Rhodes) Woodard, and brother Carl Rhodes. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at the Walker - Reading Road Chapel , 3939 Reading Road , Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com.
