Dia Shelena Thomas, age 32, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born November 18, 1986 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until noon, on  Friday, July 5, 2019, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road , Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
