Dwayne Lamarr Lewis Jr., known as "Lil Wayne" was born September 30, 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the first to be born to Dwayne Lamarr Lewis and Lakida N. Spearmint. He departed this life at 5:17 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Dwayne was a freshman at Carpe Deim Aiken High School. He was baptized and a member of Inspirational Baptist Church, City of Destiny. Dwayne loved sports, he played basketball, football, and he boxed. Dwayne was a young man that loved to play practical jokes on Grandma Michelle. He had lots of favorite things: his Adidas Switch Sweats that you could hear him coming when he walked, Grippo's Chips, Taco Salad, M&M Peanuts and Doritos. Dwayne leaves to mourn: three sisters, Ke'yira Lewis, Mar'Kirya Borden, and Za'irah Borden; brother, Darius Gibon; six aunts, Crystal Ballard, Lakesha Boyce, Ieasha Lewis, Angel Sutters, LaShenna Ward, Keisha Ward; seven uncles, Quincy Lewis, Lavell Boyce, Alonzo Sutters, Terrell Boyce, Lamar Ward, Deon Campbell, and Kevin Sutters; grandparents, Michelle Boyce, Alonzo Campbell, Wayne Bellamy; great-grandmother, Betty Rush. He was preceded in death by Gloria Lewis, Roosevelt Boyce, and Deonta Lewis. Dwayne Lewis Jr was well joined by his family and those who he had encountered. He will be truly missed and loved forever.
