Devin Michael Proctor was born on March 16, 2001, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Devon was the loving son of Kelly Stocker and Thomas Proctor and the stepson of Delmar Fryman. He was the loving brother of Austin, Gage, Marshall, Ajay, Dakota, Kolin, Kylin, Emily, T.J., and Colby. Grandson of the Paul and Karen Proctor, Cheryl Proctor, and the late Deborah Jones and Michael Stocker. He was a loving partner to the mother of his child Jikel Kilpatrick.

Devon passed away suddenly on February 8, 2021. Devon was a bright ray of white light. His name will forever be inked across the hearts of anyone lucky enough to have known him in life. His light was much too bright to stay on earth.

Devon will be forever loved and missed by his parents, brothers, sister, uncles, aunts, grandparents, cousins, and friends.
