Desiree Deanna Marie Phillips, age 20, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017. She was born February 12, 1997, in Florence, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Monday, October 9, 2017, at the First Baptist Church of Elsmere, 1007 Garvey Avenue, Erlanger (41018). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky.
