It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Derry Lee Hooks Jr., age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, March 10, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on Monday, May 27, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
