It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Derrick Jermaine Reaves, age 47, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on February 15, 1975, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Gathering is from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Golden Leaf Baptist Church, 5910 Argus Road, Cincinnati, OH 45224. The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 11:30 a.m.
In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
