Delrick Stephen Johnson, I passed away July 29, 2013 at the age of 56. Friends may call Monday, August 19 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. Delrick Stephen Johnson, I, known to most as 'Ricky' or 'Steve' was born June 22, 1957 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Elizabeth Stargell Russell and Odell Robert Johnson. The youngest of seven children, Delrick was a kind hearted, loving, adventurous and talented man. He was well known for his ability to make and fix almost anything, especially cars. A graduate of the Stowe Vocational Auto Body School, Delrick was at the top of his class. He was also a member of the Local Laborers Union #265. He worked in construction for well over 25 years, working on projects such as the new add-ons to Christ Hospital and the Procter & Gamble Towers in downtown Cincinnati. Many of us know Delrick for his love of motorcycles. He has been a member of the Innkeepers Motorcycle Club for well over 20 years. Always active in his club events, he loved to travel, loved music and overall loved to have a good time. Most importantly he loved his family. Delrick leaves behind: his wife of 31 years, Carol Johnson; five children, Steve Terrell, Jessica Benita, Delrick Stephen II, Joyce Catherine and Jaleah Renee'; two living brothers, John Russell and Odell Johnson; one living sister, Jerrilyn Russell, nine grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. He left t his earth with love, style and grace and along with his family he will be greatly missed by friends and acquaintances
