Delorse Ulmer Howard , age 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 4, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on December 24, 1947, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, on  Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the TBD. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
