Robertson
May 28, 1947 – August 3, 2014
Mother Delores M. Robertson was born on May 28, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Harold and Lula Mae Walton. She was the eldest of two children. Delores was educated in the Cincinnati Public School System. She furthered her training and education by attending cooking school and becoming a licensed beautician. She married James Williams at an early age and to this union there were two children. Delores served as a Hamilton County Ohio Daycare Provider for twenty years. Delores was hospitable and took everyone who stepped into her life, in as her own. Delores is remembered for her love of crocheting Afghan blankets and knitting hats. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed recounting memorable stories from the past and she did this until the Lord called her home. Delores was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1989. She was under the leadership of the late Bishop James Smith Sr for five years at Bethel #2 Apostolic Pentecostal Church, and later under the leadership of Bishop Anthony Hill Sr. for twenty years. Here she served in various capacities, including Ministerial Staff, young Peoples Committee, Sunday Morning Breakfast Committee, Mothers Delight Committee, Mothers Dynamite Explosion Committee and Taste of Apostolic Committee. She also helped with the Christmas Celebration; served as Assistant Director of the Big Sister, Little Sister Committee, and Cooking Club Committee. Mother Lois was a mother to everyone at Bethel #2 Apostolic Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James, brother, Harold Robert. She leaves to cherish her memory, her surviving children, Rodney Walton (Tamara) of Georgia, Lionel Williams of Virginia, nine grandchildren, Raphael, Chanelle, Alicia, Myeisha, Rodney, Tyler, Jayla, Nicholas, Devin, four great-grandchildren, Jada, Chance, Dashawn, Damarion, two sister-in-laws, Elese and Beverly, niece, Tamencia, nephew, Robbie, great-niece, Indigo, Godchild, Madison. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, James, brother, Harold Robert.
