Delbert Lee Toler, age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born September 27, 1947, in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Peace Baptist Church, 652 Rockdale Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 am.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
