Deborah Ann Mitchell (Arnold) age 64 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed over peacefully on October 4, 2025. Born on April 5, 1961, to the late Charlsie and Odell Arnold. Deborah spent most of her life in the Evanston and Walnut Hills neighborhoods where she built a life filled with love, strength, and service.

Deborah was a proud graduate of Withrow High School, where she excelled with honors. Over the years, Deborah held many occupations, but her heart was always in her community, whether working in Recreation centers, leading Girl Scouts or mentoring children throughout the city, she was a beloved pillar of strength and compassion. Her presence left a lasting impact on countless lives.

Deborah was known for her boundless generosity and unwavering love. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Her faith, kindness, and open heart defined her life. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, deep love for her family, and tireless dedication to others.

Deborah is reunited in peace with her parents. Charlsie and Odell Arnold her sister Janice, and her brother Austin "June Bug" her son Antonio, her grandsons Rashawn and Quentin, and many more beloved family, friends, and ancestors.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children Natasha, Mitchell, Charles Mitchell, and Tyrice Mitchell her adopted son Phil her sisters Elaine Ware and Sherry Turner, her brothers Homer and Marcus; grandchildrenTyrice, Shawnisha , Tyrell, Angjaye, Charles, Keyshana, Keara, Riah, Bacon and Zori as well as a host of great-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
