David Shepherd, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 in Florence, Kentucky. He was born February 8, 1968, in Cincinnati, Ohio. David was preceded in death by mother Sylvia Lee Collier and father David Shepherd, two brothers Stanley Collier, Quintin Chambers, and one step-daughter Amber Zachery. David leaves to cherish his memories; grandmother Augusta, four sisters; Shirley, Ramona, Linda, and Anita. one brother Lamont. eight nephews, three nieces, three great-nieces, five great-nephews.
