David Jerome Sheffey Westover, age 56, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. He was born March 24, 1961, in Covington , Kentucky. He was a student at the Flint Community Schools. His passion was football and he loved working on cars. David's personality impacted everyone who came in contact with him. David leaves behind siblings, Victor L. Pamela J. and Andre L and a host of nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Vera Sheffey Salter. A very special thanks to the ICU staff at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas and Two Rivers Apartments where he resided. Services are private.
