Life of Love Our beloved David Allen Scott Sr. entered his earthly life on May 10, 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio to his mother Cora Mae Scott and his father Robert Lee Scott but was raised by Daisy Lee Smith & Kenneth Smith, whom all preceded him in death. He ended his earthly life and began his spiritual life on May 18, 2016. His beloved wife of 21 years Angela Nette Scott preceded him in ascending into the Hands of God. David was a faithful member of Christ Memorial A.O.H. Church of the Living God under the direction of Overseer Robert Knight II and Pastor Sheila K. Benton, where he served on the Deacon and Usher Board. He accepted Christ and was filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. David was a man of many trades. Over the years he was Maintenance Supervisor to not only his job but to his family, friends and to anyone who needed his services. He was a man who loved his family, friends and the Church. He was a father, brother and friend to many. He leaves to cherish is memories his beloved children; Dominique (Vaughn) Grimmett, David (Kendra) Scott, Shawntez (Ashley) Scott, Quiana (Gregory) Foster, Cartrina Frye: He also leaves his 17 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren: His brothers Zachary Scott, Calvin Scott, John (Denise) Williams; his sisters, Brenda Scott, Darlene Young, Debra (Edward) Foster, Rosemary Mcmillan, Karen (Charles) Amison, Rayshawndra (Robert) Williams-Sanders, Tamara Williams, Monica Amison; His Mother in-law Ms. Dannie Williams, his father in-law Freddie Robinson Sr.; his current wife Keri Scott and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Everyone who knew David knew that he was a loving husband and father. He made sure his family never saw the struggle and to never go without. He was a true hustler and jack of all trades. He was willing to help anyone in need and lived his life to the fullest. He was a beautiful person inside and out. He will truly be missed by all. He was a good man with A GREAT Heart. King You Are Now With Your Queen!! Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Hope for You Family and Life Worship Center, 1947 Miles Road, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Bishop Frederick C. Williams will officiate. Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Zachary Scott, Edward Foster, Robert Sanders, Vaughn Grimmett, Gregory Foster, Edward Foster, Jr., Zachary Scott Jr., and Robert Johnson will serve as Pallbearers. Calvin Scott, Charles Blue, John Williams, MyKale Sanders, Darius Williams will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
