David Frank Jackson, Jr. age 57, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born September 4, 1957 to Mary Ella Hughes Jackson and the late David Frank Jackson Sr. Davis was a graduate of Withrow High School Class of 1976 and grew up in Hyde Park. He was employed at Steelcraft for many years before stating his own painting business, from which he had to retire due to illness. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age,and was a lifetime member of Fifth Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Evanston. David enjoyed old school music and family parties. David leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted mother, Mary E. Jackson;two sisters, Deborah A. Brooks(James)and Darlene Lucille Jackson (Tim);two brothers, Michael Flowers and Lee Waters; special nephews, Glenn E. Hunter and James D. Brooks(Amber); a loving niece, Deanna M. Barnes(Brazley);close friend Brian Frye; and a host of aunts,uncles,cousins,nieces,nephews and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the Fifth Christian Church, 3203 Wold Avenue, Cincinnati (45207). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment is in Vine Street Hill Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
