David Lee Fogelson, age 56, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  January 27, 1965, in Riverside, California.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm, on  Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:30 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
