David Elliot Faulkner, age 60, of West Chester, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021, in West Chester,  Ohio.   He was born  November 10, 1960, in Reading , Ohio.

He is survived by: wife, Melody A. Faulkner; mother, Freda Faulkner; daughters, Susan Hodges, Cristy Anacker & Kelly Faulkner; grandchildren, Warren Anacker, Bentley Brown, Lillian Hodges & Alexis Hodges; sisters, Marie Calhoun & Joanne Spears; brother, Larry Faulkner, a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation from 11:000 a.m. until 12 noon with Service at 12 noon, Saturday, March 6, 2021, at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Reading, Ohio.  Pastor Emily Beckering officiating.
