Da'sha Monique Tuck, age 33, of Louisville, Kentucky,  passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in Louisville,  Kentucky.   She was born  April 8, 1988, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm for immediate family only.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
