Darwin Juan Tibbs , age 58, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018 in Fairfield, Ohio. He was born June 9, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at the Life Church West Chester, 8480 Cincinnati Columbus Road, West Chester (45069). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.
