Dale Matthew Chambers, age 64, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born July 1, 1954.
He is survived by his daughter, Erin M. Parker; son, Luke Frederick; sister, Toni Chambers-Jackson and companion, Laura Jeancola.
A Celebration of Life Service at 12 noon on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at Receptions Event Center, 1379 Donaldson Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky (41018). Telephone 859.746.2700. Family gathering begins at 11:00 a.m.
