Cynthia Lynn Worst , age 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born April 27, 1969, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, 45249.
In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced. Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
