Cynthia Denise Simmons, age 61, of Dupont, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.  She was born November 5, 1958, in Andersonville, North Carolina.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, 45220.
