Cyd Charisse Boyle - Bradley was born on May 25th, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Sidney and Wanda Boyle. She graduated from Withrow High School and furthered her education by obtaining her BSN at the University of Cincinnati; and her Master's in Nursing at the University of Phoenix. She was one of seven children. Her brothers: Kenneth, Gary, and Alvin Boyle; as well as her sisters: Patricia Tate and Regina Blue preceded her in death.

Cyd loved God and the church. She was an active member of James Temple Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Bishop William Morgan James. She was involved in many ministries at James Temple including being a member of the Missionary Board.

Cyd also loved helping people. She worked as a nurse for over 20 years and was recognized, by the medical staff she worked with, as a devoted caregiver to each and every patient she was of service to. She worked at various medical settings in the region including UC Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital.

Cyd not only loved church and her career but also was a loving aunt. She truly enjoyed her family. In addition, she was an active person and a few of her hobbies included basketball, going to concerts, and skating. More importantly, Cyd was a warrior. She was battling an illness for quite some time, but in the midst of it all, she maintained her strong mind and love for the Lord.

On October 29, 2024, Cyd was called to Heaven to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memories: her sibling Daniel Boyle (Gwennetta); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
