Curtis Dayron Lowe, the youngest of three, was born on November 19th, 1983 to Carole Lowe and Charles Hanley of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Curtis was affectionately known as "Caiche" or "150".
Curtis attended Cincinnati Public Schools and worked various jobs.
A devout religious individual, he was a member of Phillips Memorial CME Church and particiapted in worship with friends and family. Curtis also attended with his father, occasionally Emmanuel Apostolic Temple.
He loved listening to gospel music, dancing and playing cards with family and friends. Curtis's passion was his first nephew and niece, David and Da Maya, in which he was both uncle and father to them. Curtis also loved his aunts and uncles deeply.
He was excellent at cooking due to his mother, especially on holidays and special occasions. He also enjoyed spending time and cooking with his best bud and cousin, Denise Davenport, who preceded him in death.
To everyone he encountered Curtis was a remarkable person, known for his warm and quirky nature. He never met a stranger. He was known for his outspoken nature and never held back his opinion, always speaking his mind. Curtis enjoyed spending time with family, friends and particularly his close friend T. J. Curtis had a unique talent for hair and fashion, particularly the latter.
Curtis departed this life on March 10, 2025 at Hospice of Cincinnati Christ Hospital Inpatient Unit.
Curtis leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Carol (Larry) Malachi; father, Charles (Yvette) Hanley; brothers, David Edward Lowe, Charles Jerome (Jessica) Lowe, Larry Joe (Jesica) Malachi, Brandon Hanley, Ramon King and Javonne King; sisters, Whitney Davis, Lynethia Hanley and Lynae Hanley, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; his aunts, close friends, T. J., Carla and September and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Good News Church of God in Christ, 1063 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
