Cordelia Myles was born on May 26th, 1963 to Ruby Neal Miles and Willie Carter in Cincinnati, Ohio. She gracefully went to reunite with the Lord on February 10th, 2015. Cordelia graduated from Taft High-school and later attended Xavier University. She completed her studies and graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Masters in Psychology, all the while maintaining her 12 year dedication to Fifth Third Bank full time. Upon learning of her breast cancer diagnosis, her favorite saying was 'walk on faith' and it showed. She survived and maintained a steady life with cancer for 6 long years and refused to give up for the sake of 'doing God's will' and her children. As a beautiful, strong, and loyal human being, she took enjoyment in the simple things. She passionately pursued her artwork and poetry while pleasantly pursuing her hobbies of singing and cooking. In her final year on earth, she cooked for and made regular donations to the homeless and took steps towards her dream of becoming a motivational speaker. After serving God's purpose, she quietly passed on and was preceded in death by her father, Willie Carter; and her mother, Ruby Miles. She leaves behind her daughters Constance Myles and Celeste Myles; as well as her sons Aaron Myles, Andrew Myles, Adrian Myles; and her brother Gary Miles. She also leaves behind and endless amount of extended family and friends who will keep her in their hearts forever. Visitation is from 11:00 a.m until 12 noon, on Friday, February 28, 2015, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 745 Ezzard Charles Drive, Cincinnati 45203.
