Cora Ella Robinson was born on October 15, 1931 in Elsmere, Kentucky. She departed this life on April 4, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY. She was the daughter of LB and Francis Hopkins and a sister to Wanda Johnson, Evelyn Aziz, Lovie Kirk and William Hopkins, all who have preceded her in death. She was a loving wife to Clarence (Babe) Robinson Sr., who also preceded her in death, along with 8 children. Cora accepted Christ at an early age with Robbins Street Christian Church, where she attended faithfully for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all. She was employed at Vista for 35 years, where she travelled to Washington DC as an advocate for the under privileged in the community. After leaving Vista, she devoted her life on a path of community services, volunteering at the CAC where she brought along her children for assistance. Cora recently received an honor from CAC in recognition of her many years of dedicated service. Cora leaves to cherish her memories her loving sister, Arletta; children, Betty, Paul, Denny, Donald, Yvonne, Jocelyn (Jackie), David, Iona (Marie), Clarence, Sandra, Kathleen, Frances, Linda and Annie; 250+ Grandchildren; 150+ great grandchildren; 25 great, great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, April 13, 2018, at the Robbins Street Christian Church, 250 E. Robbins Street, Covington (41011). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mary E.
