Cora Audrey Williams Johnson Smoot "Coragie", 63, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Erie, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 in the comfort of her home.

She was born on April 13, 1957, to the late Willie "Plucome" Williams and Eloise Gates Williams.

Cora was a former member of the Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Barnes, and then attended New Prospect Church in Cincinnati, OH.

She attended Academy High School, she chose to be a loving health care provider. She had a passion for her family and especially her grand and great grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed baking, bingo and going to yard sales.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Stacey Johnson; Sister Victoria McCann and, brother Joseph Stone, Sr.

Cora leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Donald Smoot; three sons – Shawn Johnson of Cincinnati, OH, Robert "Bobby" Chatman of Covington, KY, Weston Chatman of Erie, PA; four brothers – Willie Williams of Colma, CA, George Williams of Clinton, MD. Charles Williams, James Williams (Rose) all of Erie, PA; six sisters – Berta Duck (Floyd) of Erie, PA, Charity Livingston of Cincinnati, OH, Joyce McNair (Clifton) of Erie, PA, Debra Johnson (Edward) of Palm Bay, FL, Brenda Crosby of Erie, PA, Katrina Williams of Bronx. NY; god sister Luvetra Holman of Erie, PA; best friend Irene Selby of Buffalo, NY; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
