Constance Yvonne Blair , age 65, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, in Dayton, Ohio. She was born June 24, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Good News Baptist Church, 3473 Niagara Street, Cincinnati (45251). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
