Obituary
It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Columbus Cook, age 91, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Monday, December 22, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Saturday, October 13, 1923, in Watkinsville, Georgia.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 1169 Simmons Avenue, Lincoln Heights (45215). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.
