Clifford E. McCoy, age 59, passed away January 29, 2014. Mr. Clifford E. McCoy was born on December 31, 1954 in Hamilton, Ohio to Willroy and Mattie (Prince) McCoy. Clifford was the fourth of five children. He went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2014. Clifford was educated in the Hamilton City Schools and grew up surrounded by many friends and loving family members. Clifford spent many years at Armco Steel after retiring. He became a team member at the Open Door Pantry until his passing. Clifford welcomed seven children. He loved his children and enjoyed interacting with them. Clifford enjoyed his life, especially being with family and friends. He was truly the joker. Clifford is preceded in death by his beloved father, mother, and brother. Clifford leaves to cherish his precious memories: two sons, Kevin McCoy of Erie, PA, Clifford McCoy of Hamilton, OH; two daughters, Elishia Chapman of Colrain, OH, Shantay Smiley of Hamilton, OH, Amber Beard of Middletown, OH, Mallori McCoy and Latyra Stinson of Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Dorothy Moon of Hamilton, OH and Michelle Oliver of Fairfield, OH; two brothers, John McCoy and William (Pete) McCoy, both of Hamilton, OH; two uncles, Ornel (Evelyn) Prince of Hamilton, OH and Henry McCoy of Laural, MS; eight grandchildren and his love Kimberly. Also a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends
