Clifford Harkness III, age 73, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born June 23, 1948, in Rockmart, Georgia.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
