Clifford George Draper, age 75, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, in Blue Ash, Ohio. He was born June 11, 1939 in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the Phillips Memorial C.M.E., 839 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment is in Vine Street Hill Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
