It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Cleveland Tolbert Jr., age 47, of West Chester, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Hamilton, Ohio. He was born on Saturday, March 25, 1978, in Birmingham, Alabama.
