Cleophas Thomas Smith , age 65, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born September 10, 1952, in Atlanta, Georgia. Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Sunday, January 21, 2018, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
