Claudia Trotter Ellis, age 65, was born on Feb 26, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Lloyd C. Trotter Jr and Mildred (Redmon) Trotter.  She was a graduate of Hughes High School in 1969 and thereafter attended nursing school.  She was employed by Christ Hospital where she proudly worked for thirty years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd C. Trotter III and his wife, Charlene Trotter (Shark).

She leaves to cherish her memory: companion, Russell Coleman (Buddy); ex-husband, John W. Ellis Sr; son, John W. Ellis Jr; daughter, Nickole R. Ellis; sisters, Barbara A. Hawkins and Johnnie Hammond.

Service 5pm., Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Ave., Cincinnati 45206 with Pastor Ricky Trotter Officiating.
