It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Clarence Oliver Woods , age 73, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 22, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on Saturday, November 3, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
