Clarence Williams Patton was born October 31, 1942 in Nashville, Tennessee to Johnnie Frank and Flora Bell Patton. He departed this life on October 13, 2014 at Clovernook Nursing Home. In 1952, the family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where Clarence attended school. He was a graduate of Robert A. Taft High School. He worked at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Gear and other various jobs until his retirement. Clarence was united in marriage to his childhood sweetheart Mary Louise Frazier. To this union, two children were born. During his marriage, he was baptized and attended church regularly. He was a member of the Dubose Singers along with his mother-in-law under the direction of the late Willie Dubose. Clarence (aka Mr. P), lived his life on his terms. He was one of the 'realest' individuals a person could meet. He brought joy to many and remained true to himself even until his death. He leaves to cherish his memories: his three daughters, L'Tanya (Timothy) Carter, Sheri Patton, and Trish Sawyer; a grandson, Breon Patton; a great-grandson, Arion Matthews; two brothers, William (Edith) Patton and Michael (Joanne) Evans; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Jean Ann Harris. Clarence Patton, age 71, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014, in North College Hill, Ohio. He was born October 31, 1942 in Nashville, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Walker - Walnut Hills Chapel , 1025 E.
