Christine was born April 12, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the union of Eula Mae Patterson Waller and Bill Waller. She was married to Norman Roland, Sr. and this union was blessed with four children, Nora, Norman, Jr., Robert and Rachel. Christine was a very outspoken person and as she would say a realist. She was very caring and open to helping anyone but she never took any stuff from anyone. She would get straight to the point if she had something to say. She was a driver for medical services and if you were on the road, watch out. She worked in a nursing home, caring for the elderly. She later retired working for the City of Cincinnati working as a parking attendant. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Hard at times but lovable. Christine leaves her memories to be cherished by: four children, eight grandchildren, Marcus, Neshawn, Norcuis, Norman III, Selena Marie, Robert Jacob, John Norman, LeAndra; six great grandchildren; her adopted children, Elum Roland and Lonnie Roland; her sisters, Eula Mae, Jr., Elise, Hester, Cecelia, Margo, Elizabeth, Robin, Christina, Ida, Marlene, Brenda and Cleo; her brothers, Bill, Jr., Charles, David, Elmer, Tilman Lord, Eric, Julius, John and Speed, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She also leaves her best friend and spouse Karla Mitchell of 33 years. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E.
