IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Christine Marie
Curry
January 21, 1985 – December 28, 2014
Christina Marie Curry was born to be a blessing. She was the third of three girls, born to the union of the late Elsie Mae Day and the late Cecil Curry on January 21, 1985. God blessed her to become a part of a God-fostered relationship with Jaqua Robin(Patton) Ingram in October of 1992. As Christina and Jaqua's relationship grew, Chris- tina came to love and accept Todd Kevin Ingram as he united with Jaqua in marriage on May 20, 2000. This family grew in love and size with the addition of Catherine Ann Williams in August of 2005. Chris- tina, affectionately know as Tina, Tee-Tee, or Miss T served as the center of this close loving family and became a blessing to everyone she ever encountered. Christina was a graduate of the Hughes High School, receiving her full credentials in June of 2007. After finishing her education, Christina participated in Daily Workshop Activities designed to stimu- late and enhance the lives of individuals with specials needs. Ironi- cally, Christina stimulated the minds and the lives of her co-workers as well as all the support staff she has ever been involved with. Although she participated in varied workshops over the years, Christina was last participating in workshop activity at The Center For Practical Living. She thoroughly enjoyed her days - from her cordial bus driver "Mr. Bob" and the morning pickup through her entire day with her return to her home nightly. Tina loved going to her church, The Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, where she served in unlimited capacities. Christina had, over the years, chose to "sit in" on many varied ministry meetings and groups, but she always had a special place in her heart for the Adult Choir and had an incomparable affection for Shape Note Singing. Tina would on occasion, break out into a series of "DOE, DOE, DOE!" Not only did she love her church, she was kindly affectioned to her Pastor, her Ushers, and her "personal" assistants. Christina loved her family. She loved her occasional visits to her biological sisters, her brother-in-law and niece, who loved her im- mensely. Her personality was infectious. Christina was usually suc- cinct and exact: If she liked you, she LIKED you, and if she didn't, well, you would get the picture. Tina had a zeal for life and an attitude that didn't include the phrase "I can't". Christina had a determination to "push through life". Christina had a determination to push through you, if you're were in the path of progress. Her bright smile and "happy jump" had a way of melting even the coldest of hearts. Christina liked an activity of walking in "rounds", which she would do in countless laps through the house from room to room. Now Christina has a new home, with many rooms where, we're sure, she plans to do her "rounds" for ever and ever.
