Choya Elmer, age 24, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born September 8, 1995 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Praise Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 6317 Highland Ave, Cincinnati  (45216).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Greove Avenue, Cincinnati, 45232.
