Chauncy  Wise, age 29, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  July 5, 1991, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The gathering of family and friends is from 2:30 pm until 3:00 pm on Friday, April 23, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati, 45206.  The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
