Charles Nathanel Starr Jr., son of the late Charles Starr and Almetta Starr.  He was born May 12, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is survived by his sister and brother in law, Barbra Jean Townsend and Clifford Townsend Sr.

He was united in holy matrimony to the late SoonDuk Starr in 1963.

He leaves to cherish his memory: children: Tyrone Starr (wife, Michelle Starr), Janet A. Watkins, Diandre Stanford (wife, Latoshia Stanford); grandchildren: Almetta D. Starr (Anastasia, Auve'Yonce, Alexia, Ameer); Erica S. Mitchell (husband, Anthony J. Mitchell, Kyndall and Anthony Jr.); Kiera M. Jones; Alexis B. Watkins; Guy S. Watkins Jr.; Diandre Stanford Jr.; Maxwell T. Starr Jr.; Matthew D. Watkins; Dianta Stanford; loving nieces and nephews: Regina Almetta Townsend, Clifford Townsend Jr., Douglas Townsend, Shelly Townsend Scott and Randy Townsend; and a host of cousins and friends.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, June 28, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
