It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Charles A. Smith, Sr.,  age 86, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio. He was born on Saturday, March 11, 1939, in Beckley, West Virginia.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Walker Walnut Hills, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45206.   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am.
