Charles Edward O'Toole Sr., age 58, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2019 in Lexington, Kentucky.   He was born June 15, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati, 45206.   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering  beginning at 2:30 pm .
