Charles Edward Lumpkin, age 74, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in Cincinnati,  Ohio.  He was born December 27, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Monday, April 13, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
