IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charles Beau
Lett
July 20, 1927 – May 25, 2013
Charles "Beau" Lett entered this life on July 20, 1927 to Daisy (Ellis) Lett and David Lett, Sr., who both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his beloved Aunt Pat Cofield, a grandson, Charles Webb and great grandson Zachariah Brigham. Charles attended St. Ann's Catholic Church and graduated from St. Ann's Catholic School in the west end. He later attended St. Andrew's. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He loved cooking for them and tested all of his "fine delicacies" on them. Dana, his daughter, is included in the list of taste testers—from the "ugly cakes to the funny looking bread". His grandchildren were his heart and joy. He was their hero. The love he had for his brother and family was beyond measure. He never hesitated to remind you of just how much he loved his brother "Spooky". Charles retired from the United States Postal Service after 20+ years. He served his country by way of the United States Army. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge. Charles leaves to cherish his memory a brother, David, two sons, Artez and Sean, two daughters, Cynthia and Dana, 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grand-children and 3great-great-grandchildren, and his wife, Patricia, as well as host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 31 at Church of the Resurrection, 1619 California Avenue, Cincinnati (45237) with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until hour of service. Arrangements by Walker Funeral Home. Share messages with the Lett family at www.HerbWalker.com.
