It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Dr. Charles Edward Johnson Ph.D., age 86, of West Union, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Monday, March 11, 2024, in Seaman, Ohio. He was born on February 24, 1938, in Dallas, North Carolina.
