Charles Lee Hines Jr., age 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  September 27, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The gathering is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home. 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati, (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm . Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
