Charles Robert Garr, age 77, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Born November 29, 1935, in Junction City, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Charles Garr and Viola (nee Fitzgerald) Garr. Visitation is from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Thursday, March 21, 2013, at the Walker Funeral Home - West End, 930 Findlay Street, Cincinnati (45214). Interment will follow Walnut Hills Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com. Walker Funeral Home of Cincinnati is serving the Garr family.
